We offer a range of services through the Service, including but not limited to website design, website development, search engine optimization, social media marketing, and content creation. Our services are generally provided on a project basis, with a defined scope of work and timeline.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in certain circumstances, subject to the following conditions:

  • If we are unable to complete the project as agreed upon due to unforeseen circumstances, we may issue a refund for the portion of the project that was not completed.
  • If the client wishes to cancel the project before completion, a refund may be issued for the portion of the project that was not completed, less any expenses incurred up to the point of cancellation.
  • If the client is not satisfied with the quality of the work provided, we will work with the client to address any issues and make necessary revisions. If the client remains unsatisfied, a refund may be issued for the portion of the project that was not completed.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the refund request. To request a refund, please contact us through the contact form on the website or by email at admin@kimnet.co.ke.

Limitations

Please note that refunds are not available for completed projects or services that have already been delivered. Refunds are also not available for any expenses incurred by Kimnet Media on behalf of the client, including but not limited to domain registration fees, hosting fees, and third-party service fees.
